1) How can I organize a workshop/ special session in conjunction with the conference?

-Prospective organizer should contact ERPUB at pub@erpub.org to receive the approval for workshop session
-If proposal is approved by ERPUB, the workshop organizer should provide the title, topics, location, program committee members of the workshop
-The organizer is exempt from the conference registration fees

2) Where can I submit my paper for conference & journal publication?

-Prospective authors should submit their full papers, for conference & Journal publication by Email of the conference/journal or through online submission at: http://erpub.org/paper_submission.php . The receipt of paper submission will be confirmed via e-mail within 48 hours. In case you have not received any confirmation for the receipt of paper, please contact us at: pub@erpub.org  or call or use Viber / Whatsapp / LINE at International numbers: UAE : +97 1528299493 and IND : +91 8699350603.

3) Where can I find instructions for paper composition?

The Template Instruction and Template can be found using Link of “Conference Template” on the Main Page of the conference Page at each conference website.

4) Is there any page length limit for journal/conference papers?

-The formatted final research papers should be 6 pages long, extra pages will be charge more.

5) What is the criteria of selection of conference papers for journal publication?

-High impact conference papers are selected and asked to extend the papers for journal publication after the conference and the extended paper also have to go through the Review process for the final publication.

6) Where are the conference proceedings/journal articles indexed in?

All accepted papers will be Indexed Google Scholar, DOI, CrossRef and citeseer and also submitted to by some specific indexing services, such as Science & Technology Digital Library, Thomson ISI and INSPEC for possible Indexing after some time period.

7) What kind of technical equipment is provided for paper presentation at the conference?

-Laptop/Notebook 
-LCD Data Projector
-PowerPoint Presentation Remote with Laser Pointer
-MS PowerPoint Software
-Acrobat Reader Software
(if you also have the audio/video then it is recommended that you email that in advance so that at the time of the conference there should not be any compatibility issue)

8) How can I get an official letter of invitation for the conference attendance?

- Invitation letter is provided on request by authors or other participants. But, please specify clearly that who is attending the conference as the fee is charge for each person that is attending the conference.
- Official letter of invitation will be provided as a soft copy via e-mail posting, and it is responsibility of delegate to arrange the VISA themselves.
-Visa process generally takes time, and the authors should take care of their own applications. UR won't guarantee the potential authors can obtain the VISA, and won't refund the registration fee after the deadline.

9) What does the conference registration fees includes?
a- Author Registration:
The author conference registration fees include Paper Presentation, Printed Hardcopy of Proceedings Volume Part (where your paper is published), Proceedings CD, Attendance to all Sessions, Conference Program, Name Tag, Certificate of Presentation and  Folder.
As per the conference program, the Working Lunches and Coffee Breaks are offered free of charge to the delegate that is registered.

b- Listener Registration:
The listener conference registration fees include Proceedings CD, Attendance to all Sessions, Conference Program, Name Tag, Certificate of Attendance and  Folder.

10) When can I get the receipt of conference registration fees?

-The printed receipt for conference registration is issued at the conference registration desk. If anybody like to have the receipt before the conference then please email to the conference secretary for the email of the Receipt.

11) What is the length of Oral Paper Presentation?

-Each Technical Presentation is approximately 12-15 Minutes including Discussions.

12) Is there a Poster Paper Presentation Session?

-Yes, the Poster Papers are included in the Poster Presentation Sessions and Conference Proceedings

13) Should I stay at the conference hotel?

-No. You need not to stay at the conference hotel
-For proper /or cheaper accommodation options, you are free to search hotel booking websites. The conference secretary can also suggest you some economic options.

14) Do you arrange accommodation and traveling services for the conference participants?

No, the conference participants should arrange their own accommodation and traveling services as per their budget and convenience 

15) Is there any refund after the payment is made?

No, there will be NO REFUND once the payment is made. Kindly see below the refund policy:
